Monthly payments will be drafted monthly from your checking or savings account, debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Amex) on 1st of every month- unless a certain day is authorized by management. See owners for questions.

Termination

This is a continuous membership plan, that will continue month to month unless indicated by Member within 30 days. It is my understanding that if I wish to terminate or change my membership in any way, I may cancel in person or on Gymflow app.

Authorization For Draft Payments

By clicking submit below, I have given authority to my Bank and/or Credit Card company to honor preauthorized payments drawn by Baynes Bodybuilding Gym on my designated account for membership payments as indicated. It is understood that Baynes Bodybuilding Gym's sending of a preauthorized payment to the Bank or Credit Card company as payment becomes due shall constitute valid notice of such payment due on this membership. When the Bank or Credit Card company honors the payment by charging my account, such payment shall constitute my receipt. Should any preauthorized payment not be honored by said Bank or Credit Card company when received by them, then it is understood that payment is to be made by me in the amount of said payment.

Rate Change

Baynes Bodybuilding Gym, at its discretion, may adjust the monthly rate applicable to my category of membership.

I understand that I will receive at least a four-week notice prior to any such change.

Returned Payments

Should my Bank or Credit Card Company not honor any membership draft for any reason, I realize that I am responsible for that payment plus a $15 SERVICE CHARGE applied by Baynes Bodybuilding Gym and any service fee my Bank or Credit Card Company may make. In addition, my membership and access to the gym will be immediately suspended.

Discrepancies

I understand that all billing discrepancies must be reported within 30 DAYS of the original transaction date. Automatic drafts will be withdrawn on the business day closest to my assigned draft date. If Baynes Bodybuilding Gym’s first attempt to charge my card is declined, the Gym reserves the right to retry the charge within 5 business days of the original attempt.

Member shall not be relieved of his/her obligations to make any payments herein agreed to, and no deduction or allowance from any said payments shall be made, because of the absence or withdrawal of Member from Baynes Bodybuilding Gym or by reason of Member’s failure to attend or use Baynes Bodybuilding Gym.
